I would like to say "Thank You"  to all of my patients.  You  have entrusted me to partner  with you in your healthcare over the past 10 years.  I have truly received as much from you all as you feel that I have given you.  I have learned so much and I hope that I have taught you a little.  I hope that I have helped you see that we don't all fit into the same box.  I hope you have learned to ask the uncomfortable questions and require an honest answer.  I hope that you have learned that you and I must both do our best work to get you better.  You all have encouraged me as I have accepted GOD's  will for me to complete medical school to become a Physician.   Thank you so much.

I appreciate your comments, compliments and your criticisms, as they all help us to continue to grow and improve.  We know that we aren't perfect, but we are striving for excellence every day.

As many of you now know, the clinic is in great transition.  I moved to Houston, Texas in February to complete the clinical rotations needed for medical school.  During the time of my absence, the practice frankly didn't do well.  This has resulted in the closing the Harrison Ave office and a shift in the way we will be caring for you over this next year.  I realize that many of you have been inconvenienced with appointments being rescheduled and pushed out, the length of time it has taken to get a return phone call, a lab order, or a prescription refill.  No blame is being place on anyone other than myself.  This practice is my responsibility and I am so very sorry.  Currently, we are not up to the standard to which I have set for the practice. Please trust that I am working as quickly as I can to get this ministry back on the right track.

I use the word ministry, because GOD has partnered with me on this journey from its conception.  This has never been just a clinic or medical office to me.  I hope that EVERY patient leaves our office with a lot more than a prescription.  Our mission is to educate you,  to encourage you, to give you hope,  to help you heal and to help you reach your healthiest self possible (no matter your circumstances).   I pray that you can see GOD's hand at work through what he has gifted me to do.

I do not take your faith and trust in my knowledge for granted.  I will continue to push myself to know more, do better and provide you with the safest and  most up-to-date  treatments and therapies in the area of Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement.

I will be returning to Houston, Texas in August, but I will still be available for Telemed appointments as well as in-office appointments .  I will use this page to keep you up to date on when I will be in town.  Our new LPN is Ms. Madalien Joyner.   She is excited to be a part of our team and will do her best to get you what you need.  Please be patient with her as she has a lot to learn and a short time to learn it.  She is very detail oriented and truly wants to meet your expectation.

Thank you for taking the time to read this note and I hope it helps you to understand the current situation.  Thanks again for your support and commitment to our clinic.

Love You, GOD Bless you,

Michelle Hines-Bautista, ARNP-C
