MAJOR PRACTICE CHANGES
EFFECTIVE Janurary 1, 2021
I've decided split my time between Florida and Texas, with a majority of my time spent in Texas. Therefore, I am making some changes to how we operate our clinic. I am hopeful that these changes will improve our ability to provide the care you need. Below is a list of changes we will make in the office.
1. Our regular office hours will be 8am to 4:30pm Tuesday to Thursday. Fridays 8am to noon
Lunch from 12-1pm.
2. I will see patients in the office the first full week of each month with extended hours if needed. During that week, I will see patients in the office Tuesday to Saturday.
3. I will see patients via Telemed 2 weeks of each month.
4. The last week of the month, I will be working with persons interested in my new practice called Intimate Awakenings. I will offer sexology courses and sessions online using ZOOM.
5. If you call the office and need something done, please be patient with me and the staff. Allow 48 hours for a reply. If you call by noon on Thursday, we will do our best to address your request by the end of the day. Messages left after noon on Thursday may not be addressed until the staff returns the following Tuesday.
6. I could really use your help. Please try to follow your plan of care. Keep up with your refills, and appointments. For refills, call your pharmacy first. Ask for the medication by name, not the prescription number. If you run out of meds and you have not followed your plan, please do not get upset when your refill request is denied.
